Two Minds, One Vision

Till Neugebauer comes from a family of stove builders. He saw how his father installed fireplaces where fire did not only give warmth, but brought people together. He was shaped especially by open fire outdoors.
With evenings that last longer because you add fuel, cook and enjoy the magic of the fire.

Niklas Kosel comes from the craft of cabinetmaking. As a designer, for him good design starts where material, proportion and detail are right. When a place radiates calm and feels right.

Till brings the fire, Niklas the form. Together they create outdoor kitchens as the centre outdoors. For places where design orders space, people come together for enjoyment and share a good time.

The difference lies in the detail.

PureAlu Cabinetry System developed in-house

Our standard is clear: material, precision and effect must fit together. That is why the PureAlu Cabinetry System is an in-house FREILUFT development. It is the basis for individualisation and special solutions and ensures planning and execution fit together cleanly.

Unique manufactory number

Every FREILUFT Kitchen carries a unique manufactory number. It makes origin and production traceable and confirms personal responsibility for the final quality release.

Up to 30 years warranty on cabinet components

We offer up to a 30-year warranty on cabinet components, because endurance is part of The FREILUFT Standard.

We rely on materials that endure outdoors, and on disciplined protection against weather. From engineering through material processing to refinement.

All in One Piece

Marine-grade aluminium

Marine-grade aluminium is a central material at FREILUFT. We work with marine-grade aluminium in precision quality, because dimensions and form must remain stable outdoors. A material from applications such as shipbuilding, where corrosion protection is a requirement. Powder coated for high corrosion demands and consistently designed for the outside space.

Solid oak

Oak brings warmth into the design. Through its natural robustness and processing with eco-certified yacht varnish, solid wood is the right counterpoint to weather-resistant aluminium and natural stone.

Natural stone

We choose natural stone for its timeless appeal and its endurance. It is resilient, easy to care for and suitable for use outdoors, even as weather changes.

Standard colours

A FREILUFT Kitchen carries presence across many colour worlds. Some tones have proven especially coherent outdoors. That is why we have assembled a standard colour palette to make selection easier. In principle, we also realise your preferred colour.
Aluminium and stainless-steel parts receive a powder-coated surface. This protects reliably against corrosion and weather and also creates a robust surface with high impact and abrasion resistance.

Made in the manufactory down to the detail

Made in the manufactory at FREILUFT means control and responsibility. We develop and produce to The FREILUFT Standard, our clear quality benchmark. Each kitchen is created as a one-off piece, precisely built and screwed together invisibly from the outside, so the design stays quiet and every detail sits.
We work with materials that endure outdoors and carry presence in the result: solid marine-grade aluminium, natural stone and solid oak. Aluminium and stainless-steel parts receive a powder-coated surface, designed for high demands outdoors.
We continue to develop details ourselves. This includes hinges made from anodised aluminium and stainless steel, engineered for high stability and long-term load bearing. Our handleless drawers are also consistently designed for clean lines, function and longevity, and sit quietly within the overall image of the kitchen.
